Good Hair Days Only with Pantene’s Charcoal Collection

July 31, 2018

Hey friends! I get questions about my hair quite frequently, and I’ve been working on trying to share more beauty and wellness tips with you. I’m excited because I got the perfect opportunity to do so! Today I’m spotlighting a new line of products from a brand that’s been trusted for a years. Pantene’s new Charcoal Collection is out and I am absolutely loving it. Pantene has always been passionate about supporting confidence and boldness in women by helping them achieve healthy and beautiful hair. Now they want to help us have even more great hair days in between washings…my hair is naturally very curly and frizzy and it takes me on average one and a half hours to style my hair so not having to style my hair every day is AMAZING to me, lol

Pantene took on the challenge many women face when we don’t wash our hair daily (seriously, who has time for that these days?) and when we use a lot of product in between washes. The new Charcoal Collection includes a purifying shampoo and a renewing conditioner for a dynamic duo that is designed to leave your hair feeling refreshed and clean, free of the extra weight. By now we all know that there’s nothing quite as satisfying as a good charcoal face mask, and even charcoal toothpaste is up and coming. Charcoal in hair products is the newest use of nature’s cleanser and it really does the trick. The activated charcoal gently purifies hair by acting like a magnet, so it doesn’t strip hair of its natural and necessary oils, but it still cleans deeply.

This collection combines Pantene’s classic Pro-V blend with pro-vitamin b5 and antioxidants to make your hair shiny, weightless, and gorgeous. And the “magnetic” charcoal action helps hair stay fresh longer. The shampoo is totally free of silicone, parabens, and dyes, and the conditioner is actually Pantene’s first silicone-free conditioner! It doesn’t leave any residue or a greasy feel. Did you know we often add up to 4% of our hair’s weight (from product, oils, and build-up) between washes!? Our skin has a built-in purifying system, but our hair doesn’t. Yikes. For those of us with an oilier scalp and hair that tends to get weighed down, these products are just what our hair needs to get balanced and feel refreshed.

I know with my crazy schedule it’s hard enough to get more than a few washes in every week. Plus, I have a TON of hair. It needs a lot of TLC (aka dry shampoo) and I find that halfway between washes it’s starting to feel weighed down and lifeless. The Pantene Charcoal Collection changes things because it keeps my hair bouncy and fresh in between washes so I can spend more time doing things that I love! It also has a really pleasant smell; it’s not too overpowering – I will literally not buy products if I don’t love the smell, so take it from me!

Special thanks to Pantene for partnering on this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I love what Pantene’s got going on these days – always raising the bar with high quality hair care without the high salon prices. For a limited time, Target is having an in-store and online promotion, where you receive a $5 gift card after purchasing a select number of Pantene Charcoal Collection products. Make your weekly Target run and add some more charcoal to your beauty routine!

Thanks for visiting! xx Erica

i ahvent tried it yet, but it looks good. and yeah you have tons of hair 😀 I also have loads (maybe less than you) and I wash it just 2-3x a week cause it is annoying to do that every day or every other day.. I use the dry shampoo the third day sometimes to look like a human 😀

What size did you buy in the dress, not sure to go Small or Xtra Small?!?

I went with an xs, but I would say it runs slightly small. I could have sized up. xx Erica
