When I get dressed I usually try to come up with some sort of theme. I find it is easiest to put together an outfit if I have a plan, whether it be a color combo or a detail that I want to highlight.  Stripes is the theme I choose for today’s look. A great way to mix prints/patterns is to pair large scale prints with a very smaller scale version. I used this strategy and applied it to my shirt and trousers (even though the shirt it is not technically a print). Playing with scale I paired the larger scale stripe top with a pinstripe trouser and finished the look with a minimal sandal that compliments the stripe theme very well.

Perfect, elegant and chic as always. I also love how the zip detail on the trousers is again an echo of the stripes.

I never fail to be amazed at how you structure your looks or how beautifully put together they are. Not only do you have impeccable style and taste, but you understand and explain the rational behind your choices! I love it…you are the true definition of a stylist and fashionista, and a continual source of inspiration for me. I adore you! PS – still thinking about getting a bearded dragon?!
